The incremental encoder converts the displacement into a periodic electrical signal, and then converts the electrical signal into a counting pulse, and expresses the displacement by the number of pulses; Each position of an absolute encoder corresponds to a defined digital code, so its indication is only relevant to the start and end positions of the measurement, and not to the intermediate process of the measurement.

The simplest way to distinguish this is the number of pulses - values like 50, 100, 360, 500, 600, 720, 1000, 1024, etc., which are the number of pulses.
Commonly used absolute encoders are: AVM58N, AVS58N, DVM58N, DVS58N, FVM58N, FVS 58N, PVM58N, PVS58N, PVS58N
The simple way to distinguish is the absolute value, the last value of the encoder is generally 0012 0013 1212 1213 0016 0014 and so on, that is, it is nothing more than 0012 13 14 16.
