How LS Contactor Works:
Generally, after the contactor coil is energized, the magnetic field will occur in the entire coil current, which will cause the core inside to have electromagnetic attraction to attract the core, and make their communication contactor point action normally closed contact disconnected, or closed, the two will be linked. Its operating principle is somewhat similar to that of a temperature switch.
Common types of LS contactors:
DC contactor: The main thing is that the load is DC breaking, and the magnetic field energy stored in the rational load can release the high-energy arc instantaneously when DC is broken, so that the DC contactor has a good arc extinguishing function.
Semiconductor contactor: mainly bidirectional thyristor, characterized by long life, fast action, will not be affected by blasting, its shock resistance is relatively strong.
