The load cell is a kind of electrical signal output device that converts the quality signal into a measurable electrical signal, and the load cell will inevitably make mistakes in use, so what is the reason for its error in daily life?

1. Characteristic error: It is caused by the equipment itself, including the DC drift value, the incorrect slope or the non-linear shape of the inclined plane, and there will be a distance between the transfer function characteristics and the actual characteristics of the equipment ambition.

2. Use error: It is also caused by the negligence of operation, including the negligence of probe placement, the incorrect insulation between the probe and the measurement address, the negligence of the purification process of air or other gases, the negligence of the transmitter placement and other operational errors.

3. Dynamic error: The sensor suitable for static conditions will have strong damping, so the change of input parameters should be slow, and even take several seconds to change the step of the corresponding temperature. Some HYDAC load cells with a postponement feature can cause dynamic errors when responding to rapid changes. Illumination time, amplitude distortion, and phase distortion can all lead to dynamic errors.

4. Penetration error: It is due to the error caused by changing the measurement parameters when piercing a sensor in the system. The use of a transmitter that is too large for the system, the dynamic nature of the system is too slow, and the system is self-heating with too much heat energy can all lead to puncture errors.

5. Environmental error: The use of load cells will also be affected by temperature, swing, sensation, altitude, chemical volatilization and other environmental factors, which are very easy to cause environmental problems.
