BL ident products with long-interval UHF technology from Turck can be used in product control, logistics or process automation systems. Compared to HF, UHF has a longer read/write interval. The UHF module can be sensitively integrated into the BL identified system without the need for clutter. Turck's new UHF read/write head supports long-interval multi-carrier data reading, mobile high-speed read/write, and is fast and secure. The tagcode is written almost indefinitely.

The HF and UHF read/write heads can be connected to the same electronic module and can be operated in a mixed manner. The cable length between the read/write head and the electronic module is up to 50m. Compared to antennas and electronics connected by high-frequency cables, the antennas and electronics encapsulated in a read/write head enable secure data transmission in an electromagnetic field environment.

Perfect for sensing intervals of several meters, even mobile reading and writing. The tag can write data almost an infinite number of times. UHF RFID systems can be easily connected to PROFI-BUS-DP, EtherNet/IP™, Modbus TCP, Device-Net™, PROFINET IO and CANopen fieldbuses.

UHF has a high data transfer rate, which makes high-speed reading of multiple tags possible. You can install S-type electronic modules and interfaces (S = Simplified I/O communication) directly into your system, regardless of the control system. Because there is no need to use function blocks, the control system can be liberated, and the pre-processing function of the gateway also makes the operation more and more concise.
