The first is pressure, and the transmitter can't afford to lose it. In this case, look at the pressure connector to see if it is leaking or clogged, if not, check the wiring method and see if the power supply is normal, brief pressure to confirm if the output has changed, or if there is an output at the zero point of the sensor, if not, the sensor is damaged, it may be a damage to the meter or some other aspect of the system.
Second, the output of the pressure transmitter does not change, the output of the pressure transmitter changes suddenly, and the zero point of the pressure reducing transmitter cannot be returned, which is likely to be a problem with the sealing ring of the pressure sensor. Because of the standard requirements of the sealing ring, after the sealing ring is tightened, the sealing ring is compressed into the sensor inlet, so that the sensor cannot enter, and the pressure medium cannot enter when the pressure is high, and the sealing ring is suddenly broken when the pressure is high, and the pressure sensor is changed by pressure. The best way to eliminate this problem is to remove the sensor and see directly if the zero point is normal. If the zero position is normal, the seal can be replaced and the test run can be done again.
Third, the output signal of the transmitter is unstable. The problem with this problem is that KEN is a stressor. The pressure source itself is unstable pressure, which is most likely caused by the weak anti-interference ability of the instrument or pressure sensor, the vibration of the sensor itself, and sensor malfunction.
The fourth is that there is a large error between the transmitter and the pointer pressure gauge. Error is a normal phenomenon, and the normal error scale can be confirmed; The latter problem is the effect of the device position of the differential pressure transmitter on the zero output. Because the measurement scale of the differential pressure transmitter is very small, the sensor elements in the transmitter will affect the output of the differential pressure transmitter. When deviceing, the pressure-sensitive part of the transmitter should be perpendicular to the direction of gravity, and the zero point of the transmitter should be adjusted to the standard value after installation.

Torque sensor failure and solution - Turck
The use of hysteresis dynamometers in the field of dynamometer applications (HD series) is suitable for testing low to medium power (up to 14kW intermittent mode) motors. The hysteresis dynamometer does not need to rely on speed to generate torque, but uses a hysteresis braking system, which can carry out the whole process test from no-load to latching. Lag...

Classification of electrical strain gauges – Turck
Resistance strain gauge is a kind of element used to measure strain, which is made of 0.02-0.05mm diameter constantan wire or nickel-chromium wire wound into a grid (or corroded into a grid with a very thin metal foil) in two layers of insulating sheet (substrate), and is connected with tinned copper wire and strain gauge wire as a strain.

How to use angle sensors to measure torque – Turck
It is difficult to measure torque on a continuously rolling axis, and there are several ways to do it. The most common method is to derive the torque from the energy required by the rolling shaft. In general, this means measuring the current of the motor that drives the rolling shaft. Although this is simple but inaccurate, it is caused by ...

Triangulation principle for photoelectric sensors – Turck sensors
So what is right and wrong color aberration? To put it simply, it is an ordinary diffuse reflex sensor, for example, if you set punctuality to learn a black object, assuming that the sensing interval of the black object is set to 50 mm, then when the sensor detects a white object, the practical action interval may reach 80 mm, which ...

Static properties of sensors – Turck
The static characteristics of a sensor refer to the correlation between the output and input of the sensor for the static input signal. Since neither the input nor the output is moment-independent, the relationship between them, i.e., the static properties of the sensor, can be used as an algebra without the moment variables.
