Recently, ROIMI's ®RM-50 surgical robot, independently developed by AUBO partner Baihui Weikang, has been approved for marketing by the NMPA of the State Food and Drug Administration and obtained NMPA certification. The robotic arm jointly developed by AUBO and Baihui Weikang fills the gap in the application of domestic 6-degree collaborative robots in neurosurgery.
The launch of ROIDMI ®RM-50 surgical robot marks the first time that the key central components of China's neurosurgical robots have been "localized" in the true sense. ROIDMI ®RM-50 Surgical Robot has the characteristics of high intelligence, high accuracy and high scalability, which can assist doctors to complete all kinds of cerebral hemorrhage, brain biopsy and related minimally invasive brain surgeries, which can comprehensively promote the clinical use of surgical robots in low-level hospitals and help low-level hospitals and their departments move towards the intelligent era. The central components of the neurosurgical robot include an optical tracking positioner and a robotic arm, and in these two central components, ROIDMI surgical robots lead the profession.
Optical tracking locator: Baihui Weikang independently developed optical tracking locator, using high-resolution CMOS sensors, real-time tracking of the precise orientation of the target object under ambient light conditions, and quickly completing the spatial registration of the surgical robot, which has multiple advantages such as high efficiency, accuracy and stability.
Collaborative robotic arm: At present, most domestic surgical robot companies use imported robotic arms, resulting in the high cost of surgical robots and easy to be controlled by others in market competition.
