AUBO cobots scan the workpiece through a 3D vision scanner according to different grinding conditions. The scanned data is transmitted to the PC control terminal, which is automatically processed according to different grinding forms to complete the grinding posture planning of the robotic arm. AUBO robotic arm according to the generated path planning, combined with advanced force control algorithms, automatically tracking and grinding, and complete the automatic grinding closed-loop system of the robotic arm. This system perfectly integrates skills such as vision, offline programming, force control, and robot path planning.

AUBO collaborative robots, combined with Salomon 3D vision, can automatically complete the picking process of online batch workpieces without manual participation, which is an efficient automatic loading and unloading system. Compared with most loading and unloading solutions, the positioning of this project does not need to rely on the position information of the robotic arm, but uses a 3D camera to complete the scanning positioning, and with the high precision of AUBO robotic arm, the use has stronger advantages in positioning accuracy and repeatability.

In the later process of the production line, most of the workers carry out the production operation manually, such as when they go to the packaging and palletizing process, which often brings a heavy labor load to the workers.
