As an autonomous, controllable and localized light collaborative robot, AUBO-i5 can be used for automated operations below 5KG in multiple industries, and can be used in 3C electronics, auto parts, home appliances, hardware, medical care, education, life services and other fields.

Taking the above blanking-four-way valve comprehensive performance test as an example: AUBO i5 collaborative robot replaces manual labor on the four-way valve quality inspection line, so that the production efficiency can be maximized. The production line has an 8-hour output of 2,350 and an error rate of 0.8/10,000, while the i5 collaborative robot has an 8-hour output of 2,300 and an error rate of only 0.36/10,000, and can operate 24 hours a day.

With the development of technology in the field of vision and the increase in demand, AUBO has launched the iV series of vision integrated collaborative robots.

This series of products has an integrated visual integrated control cabinet, which can be used with a variety of cameras and lenses more flexibly, and is used in machine tool loading and unloading, visual sorting and palletizing, detection loading and unloading and other fields.

It is understood that this series of robot control software has built-in visual plug-ins, which directly display visual processing results at a glance. The overall guided interface is easy to operate; One-button automatic calibration, with high-precision resolution.

The six-dimensional torque sensor is integrated at the end, which can realize flexible impedance control, force and position mixing control and accurate force output, and can choose the appropriate force control mode according to different application scenarios, which can be widely used in motion-limited scenarios such as assembly and grinding. It makes the robot more flexible and safe, and at the same time enhances the robot's ability to adapt to a variety of complex working environments.
