When it comes to cable tray installation, wiring is not very convenient. This phenomenon can be avoided by using busway. The 5 advantages of using busway in the cable tray device are as follows:
1. Convenient tap of bus duct: the so-called plug-in bus duct and fireproof bridge are the way it uses plugging to tap the power supply of the main line to the branch line, so the tap is very convenient.
2. Strong overload capacity of bus duct: strong overload capacity of bus duct depends on the high working temperature of the insulation material it uses, and the data with a working temperature of 105 °C is selected for the over-support of the insulation material used in the bus duct, and the radiation cross-linked flame retardant winding tape (PER) and radiation cross-linked polyhydrocarbon heat shrinkable tube with a working temperature of more than 140 °C have been developed. The perennial working temperature of the insulation material used in the cable is generally 95 °C and 105 °C, so the overload capacity of the bus duct is much greater than that of the cable.
3. The heat dissipation function of the bus duct is good: the insulation data of the cable is not only the insulation data, but also the heat insulation data, so when the power cable is laid in the bridge, it is agreed to lay up to 2 layers, and the consideration is the heat dissipation problem. The bus duct uses air conduction to dissipate heat, and through the close-contact steel shell, the heat is released, so its heat dissipation function is outstanding compared with the cable.
4. The bus duct can avoid overload and fire, the insulation layer and skin of the ordinary cable will be incinerate, and the flame-retardant cable will also be incinerated under the flame, as long as the flame is not incinerated after the flame is separated, the fire-resistant cable will not be incinerated, but the price is expensive, as long as the fire protection and other power supplies that are not allowed to fail the power supply are fire-resistant cables. The busway shell is made of steel and will not be incinerated, even if the insulation material of the copper bar is incinerate, the flames will not escape to the outside of the busway.
5. Convenient protection of bus duct: bus duct simply does not need to be protected, daily protection is usually to measure the temperature rise of the shell and grommet, the temperature rise of the joint of the incoming box, etc., if the grommet bolt is selected 4.8 grade, it needs to be fastened regularly, and if the 8.8 grade high-strength bolt is selected, it is not necessarily firm.
