1. The conductor of the bus bar is a high conductivity TMY electrical hard copper bar rolled by T2 electrolytic copper, and the purity of copper must be ≥ 99.95%, and copper-aluminum alloy or other mixed alloy non-pure copper conductor materials shall not be used, and the copper plate is tin plated on the full length.

2. In the bus system, the raw material of the neutral wire and the phase wire are the same, and the cross-sectional area of the PE wire is the same as that of the phase wire (copper), and the cross-sectional area is half of the cross-sectional area of the phase wire. In addition, phase wires, neutral wires and PE wires are completely enclosed in the housing.

3. Supply products: three-phase five-wire system, current carrying capacity: 3P100%, N100%, PE50%, additional insulation voltage: AC 1000V, additional working voltage/frequency: AC 380V/50HZ.

4. Busway products must be independently planned and produced, and manufactured by the brand's own production base in foreign or domestic countries, and products customized by OEM factories are not accepted. The supplied products have been used and served in Chinese mainland for at least 5 years, and there are at least 2 individual engineering achievements in the automotive industry exceeding 10 million.

5. The bus duct structure must be a dense "sandwich structure", and the bus duct must adhere to the full length and density except for the joint. The copper bar at the socket equipment shall be a tight structure, and there should be no air gap. The plug-in interface must be satisfactory ≤ the mating of the 800A non-fixed plug-in box. The cable inlet of the start box is equipped with a δ≥ 4mm epoxy resin board, and the box is equipped with hot-dip galvanized grounding bolts.

6. The insulation grade of the insulation material is B (130°C) to ensure the long insulation life and reliability in high temperature occasions. The primary insulation material should not release toxic gases in the event of a fire.

7. Protection level: IP54, pluggable bus socket with protective cover. The rivet riveting process is used for the fastening of the shell to prevent the bus shell from loosening due to electromagnetic vibration caused by long-term operation.

8. It is necessary to use aluminum-magnesium alloy for the raw materials of the shell, with a thickness of not less than 3.0mm, and the shell is sprayed with epoxy resin, the color is uniform and consistent, and it should have low hysteresis eddy current loss characteristics.

9. The whole grounding system should provide a reliable grounding path for grounding problems and the shortest way for the ground wire short circuit. When a high-volume grounding problem occurs, the entire system can be effectively grounded and maintained. 10. Requirements for the connection unit: the connection performance of the bus duct should be reliable to ensure that it has the smallest possible touch resistance; The connection operation of the bus duct should meet the requirements of fast connection, a single bolt should be used for connection, and there should be strong torque control measures, and the compression surface of the entire connection part should be uniform. The articulation unit has an error-proof phase function.

11. Requirements for plug-in unit: the bus switch box should have an interlocking function to prevent the live opening of the valve and firmly grounding; In addition to a reliable latch joint, there should also be a mechanical interlock between the plug-in box and the bus bar to ensure that there will be no arcing when plugging and unplugging the plug-in unit; The plugging unit should have solid measures to ensure the clamping force.
