1. Handling robotic arm

This kind of robotic arm is very versatile, and generally only needs to be controlled by points. That is, there is no strict motion trajectory requirement for the transported parts, and only the start and end point posture are required to be accurate. For example, the loading and unloading tool used in the machine tool, the workpiece stacking robotic arm, the machinery used in the injection molding machine, etc.

2. Spraying robotic arm

This kind of robotic arm is mostly used in the painting production line, and the repeatability and attitude accuracy are not high. However, due to the flammable paint mist, it is generally driven by hydraulic drive or AC servo motor.

3. Welding robotic arm

This is the most widely used type of robotic arm, which can be divided into two categories: spot welding and arc welding. Spot welding robotic arm load base introduction When it comes to robots, many people think of humanoid machines with hands and feet. However, these robots tend to be found in science fiction movies, entertainment venues, exhibitions, and toy stores and they are very different from industrial robots. Industrial robots (IR) are referred to as IR, they are mostly simple operating equipment, sometimes referred to as robotic arms, such as: performing simple lifting or lowering actions, putting or removing workpieces in the machine, etc. However, there are also many industrial robots that can be fully programmed and can perform different types of tasks, such as finding, transporting, holding, aligning, assembling, inspecting, etc. In order to clearly describe industrial robots, the United States Robotics Association defined a robot as a programmable, multi-functional operator that moves materials, workpieces, tools, or special equipment through procedural control and variable motion design to complete a series of tasks. So, although many industrial robots are not in human form, they can be called robots as long as they meet the definition of robots. Although industrial robots have been widely used in a variety of manufacturing industries, it is estimated that hundreds of thousands of industrial robots will be put into service in the near future. At present, many researchers are studying how to incorporate vision and sensation into robots so that they can perform more complex tasks. The study of robots is called robotics.

4. Assemble the robot

This lamp manipulator arm should have high posture accuracy, and the wrist should have greater flexibility. At present, it is mostly used for the assembly of mechanical and electrical products.

5. Special robotic arm

Such as medical nursing robotic arm, aerospace robotic arm, sea exploration robotic arm and risk removal operation robotic arm.
