The leakage current on the output side of the inverter operation is about 3 times more than that of the power frequency operation, plus the leakage current of the motor, etc., the action current of the leakage protector should be greater than 10 times of the leakage current when the power frequency is selected.
2. I want to do a motor frequency conversion speed regulation experiment, can ordinary motors achieve frequency conversion speed regulation? Or do you have to buy a variable frequency motor?
To do the motor frequency conversion speed regulation experiment, just use an ordinary AC motor.
DC motor can also realize frequency conversion, such as the current DC inverter air conditioner: it converts the power frequency alternating current into DC power supply, and sends it to the power module, the module is controlled by the control signal sent by the microcomputer, and the difference between AC frequency conversion is that the module output is controlled DC power supply sent to the DC motor of the compressor to control the displacement of the compressor, so as to achieve "frequency conversion speed regulation".
3. What kind of motor is an AC inverter motor?
To put it simply, frequency conversion technology is used in the control of AC motors. AC inverter motor is actually a kind of motor that adjusts the speed by adjusting the frequency of alternating current, and the frequency of alternating current is adjusted by the inverter, and the motor itself will not be inverted.
4. What is the reason for the buzzing sound after the motor is added to the inverter governor?
The so-called "hum" sound, that is caused by the carrier frequency of the inverter's output waveform, usually if the inverter you use is a fixed carrier, at this time the motor is screaming, the human ear is more stimulated, then you can adjust the carrier frequency (the inverter technical manual function table has this function parameter). The higher the carrier frequency, the quieter the sound, but the higher the carrier wave, the easier it is for the motor to heat up. Therefore, consider the carrier frequency you use according to the heating program and the sound emitted, generally the factory is the most suitable carrier frequency under the rated current, and you don't need to change it under normal circumstances!
If the inverter uses a random carrier, the "hum" sound emitted by the motor will be softer, but the sound will generally be better than the sound of the fixed carrier. If you won't accept it, or if you want to run silently, you can also adjust the carrier frequency up until you're satisfied.
5. Can a single-phase 220V inverter convert a three-phase 380V?
No, you cannot. The inverter itself cannot be boosted, let alone converted from single-phase 220V to three-phase 380V. Theoretically, it is possible to use a transformer to raise single-phase 220V to 380V, and then convert single-phase 380V to three-phase 380V.
6. Why should an output reactor be added to the output end of the inverter, and what is its function?
The output reactor is added to the output of the inverter in order to increase the wire distance from the inverter to the motor, and the output reactor can effectively suppress the instantaneous high voltage generated when the IGBT switch of the inverter is generated, and reduce the adverse effect of this voltage on the cable insulation and the motor.
The main function of the reactor is to limit the capacitive charging current of the motor connection cable and limit the voltage rise rate on the motor winding to within 540V/μs, and it is also used to passivate the steepness of the output voltage (switching frequency) of the inverter and reduce the disturbance and impact of the power components (such as IGBT) in the inverter.
