The inverter is a device that converts the power supply into the power supply of the power conversion, which is between the power supply and the electrical equipment. The inverter is a typical power electronic device, and its hardware core is power electronic components and microprocessor chips. Power electronic components, input and output copper bars and front-end control components constitute power units, which belong to strong current or power modules; The main control board, input and output module and display control component with the microprocessor chip as the core constitute the control unit, which belongs to the weak current or control module; Functional expansion connectors and external components form an expansion unit, which is suitable for various working characteristics.

When the inverter is directly connected to the power grid, the deviation of the power grid capacity, grid voltage level and voltage value should be fully evaluated; When indirectly connected to the power grid through the transformer, the transformer capacity, output voltage value and its deviation. The output of the inverter is rich in harmonic content, which not only has different degrees of influence on the motor, but also pollutes the power supply and interferes with other electrical equipment on the power grid.

When the power compensation device is connected to the distribution transformer, the waveform of the input current of the inverter will be distorted, which will deteriorate the performance of the inverter, and the additional heating factor will be added during the operation of the inverter, resulting in the power output of the inverter not reaching the normal level.

In order to obtain a more ideal electromagnetic compatibility effect, the inverter protective fuselage is better to use iron shell, the output cable is shielded with steel pipes, and shielding isolation measures are also implemented between the power unit and the control unit. If necessary, it can be equipped with an input filter or a zero-sequence inductor to cut off the reverse transmission channel of the inverter clutter components as much as possible.

In the actual application process, it can be found that the quality of the inverter of the current supporting motor is uneven, which leads to the poor fit between the inverter and the motor, resulting in two adverse effects: first, the performance level of the motor is poor during operation, and even causes malignant quality accidents such as poor motor performance level and shorter life; Second, the measured parameters are unstable during the performance test of the variable frequency motor, and the test of the adjacent test motor of the same platform is seriously interfered.
