Introduction: Xinshida/STEP inverter AS800 greatly suppresses the input harmonic current on the grid side through the phase-shifting rectifier transformer, realizes the voltage superposition through the cascade of multi-stage H-bridge power units, has excellent high-voltage sine wave output, can directly drive high-voltage motors, without installing any filters, and the harmonic indicators meet the requirements of IEC std 519-1992 (International Electrotechnical Commission) and GB/T 12668.4-2006 (national standard) for grid harmonics.
Features:
Flexible terminal extension, no PLC required. Flexible terminal configuration and expansion, digital/analog input and output terminal functions can be flexibly expanded according to user needs, no need for PLC programming expansion, only need to set the corresponding parameter function.
Vector control. According to the motor speed detected by the encoder, the motor speed is calculated by combining the software vector control algorithm, which can realize the decoupling control of the AC motor, and the control performance can be comparable to that of the DC speed regulation system. It supports constant power operation and above the fundamental frequency (weak field function).
Reliable drive of the motor. Multi-level PWM control mode provides sine wave current output. The common mode voltage and du/dt are small, there are no special requirements for motors and cables, and the old equipment is transformed into a frequency converter, so there is no need to replace the motor.
Low harmonic content. There is no need to increase the output filter, and the motor does not need to be derated due to harmonics. The harmonic content <5%. There is no ripple torque caused by harmonics, which can extend the service life of motors and mechanical equipment, reduce maintenance and save maintenance costs.
Speed tracking is activated. When the inverter tracks the frequency and matches the motor speed, the inverter uses a unique phase detection technology to quickly rise to the voltage curve to achieve direct start on the basis of the current motor speed.
Mechanical unit bypass. During the operation of the high-voltage inverter, when a single unit fails, the faulty unit can be automatically bypassed to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment; The maximum number of bypass units per phase is 2; The unit bypass control system is independently designed to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment.
Frequency conversion without disturbance switching. After detecting the amplitude, frequency and phase of the voltage, the output of the high-voltage inverter is controlled to be at the same frequency and in phase with the grid voltage, so as to realize the non-disturbance switching between the inverter power supply and the power frequency power supply.
Curve display. The touch screen operation interface of the inverter can display the output current waveform of the inverter in real time, and can select the real-time curves such as the speed of the output motor and the output power of the inverter, which is convenient for observing the operation of the equipment.
Bus voltage self-balancing technology. In the process of using the original S-curve deceleration, there will be a single unit overpressure that causes the deceleration process to stagnate and lengthen the deceleration time. After adopting the bus voltage self-balancing technology, the situation of stopping the deceleration due to the high bus voltage of a single unit in the deceleration process is solved, so that the deceleration time of the inverter is shortened to about 66% of the original, and the unit overvoltage fault in the deceleration process is avoided.
Endurance after power failure. The high-voltage inverter can continuously output 2S in the high-voltage instantaneous power loss during operation, and during this time, if the high-voltage power is restored, the inverter can resume normal operation.
The cycle softens. The function of starting multiple motors in sequence with one inverter is used to accurately lock the phase and lock the frequency; The maximum starting current is 2 times the rated current of the motor, and the switching time is less than 1s.
Synchronizer control. Support permanent magnet synchronous and separately excited synchronous motors; Permanent magnet synchronous selection of absolute encoders, this type of encoder can provide motor angle absolute position signal; The excitation cabinet of the separately excited synchronous machine is controlled by the inverter, which supports the power frequency start and frequency conversion synchronous start mode.
