Introduction: Xinshida AS450 is a universal vector inverter. The product not only has typical V/F control technology, but also adopts no speed sensor vector control technology, closed-loop vector control and torque control technology, and combines the domestic application characteristics, further strengthens the product reliability, environmental adaptability and customized and industrial design, and can well meet the application needs of various heavy-duty transmissions.

Features:

High-speed lifting

When light load or no load, the inverter calculates the optimal speed according to the load to improve the work efficiency of the equipment.

Master-slave control

Flexible connections

The main drive is speed control, the slave drive is speed control, and a small speed difference is allowed between the slave drive and the main drive;

The speed signal from the main drive is received from the drive for follow-up operation, and is used in conjunction with the droop function.

Rigid connection

The main drive is speed control, the slave drive is torque control, and there can be no speed difference between the slave drive and the main drive;

The torque signal of the main drive is transmitted to the slave drive inverter at high speed in the following way:

1) Profibus-DP communication connection for master-slave control (suitable for high-precision master-slave control)

2) Analog input and output ports (master-M0/M1, slave-A0/A1) are connected to realize master-slave control (suitable for master-slave control with low speed and low control accuracy requirements)
