With the development of Internet of Things technology, the concept of smart elevator has gradually taken root in the hearts of the people, and the elevator Internet of Things has gradually developed from basic data collection and analysis to intelligent audio and video. In terms of on-demand maintenance, data collection and analysis need to be realized at multiple levels such as basic data, audio and video data, and maintenance process data. In terms of passenger use, the requirements for convenient rides, safe rides, and timely rescue of trapped passengers are also gradually increasing. In terms of intelligent interaction of elevators, the vertical transportation problem of service robots and logistics robots also needs to be solved urgently. To this end, the Xinshida Elevator Cloud team has launched a complete set of elevator intelligent audio and video system.
The 4G industrial gateway ESDT405 computer room supports 4G or Ethernet Internet access, obtains the data of the elevator main control board through the communication line and uploads it to the elevator cloud platform to realize the elevator operation status monitoring and fault alarm. It has a built-in lithium battery, which can determine the power failure status of the elevator and report to the elevator cloud platform.
ESDT405 has 3 available LAN network ports, which can provide network access for the car intelligent IP camera, and the computer room can be seamlessly expanded if the camera needs to be installed (such as the requirements of Liaoning landmarks). If the computer room has a wired network, the ESDT405 can be replaced by an Ethernet terminal ESDT200-ETH, and cooperate with the network switch to realize the network access of gateways and cameras.
The smart IP camera supports core functions such as smooth video surveillance, local video storage and playback retrieval, and audio intercom.
The ordinary intelligent IP camera also supports the motion detection function, which can provide the basis for the judgment of the trapped person when the elevator fails and stops the trapped, without the need for additional human body sensing devices.
On the basis of the core function and motion detection function, the battery car recognition intelligent IP camera also supports the battery car recognition function, and only needs to use the camera in the car for this kind of application, and the overall architecture does not need to be changed.
The ESDT405 has 2 signal acquisition inputs, which can be connected to the intercom in the computer room to obtain the car alarm bell alarm signal, so that passengers can actively call for help to the elevator cloud platform, and the rescuers can obtain the alarm information through the mobile phone APP or web terminal, and turn on the video intercom of the elevator to realize video surveillance viewing and intercom comfort.
ESDT405 with the elevator cloud platform, it can realize the mobile phone APP and the call function of scanning the QR code, and can also provide a platform interface for service robots and logistics robots to interact with elevators.
With the elevator operation characteristics diagnostic instrument EOCD, the elevator vibration data can be uploaded to the elevator cloud platform and recorded in the elevator file during each maintenance as the historical vibration data of the elevator. On the one hand, the historical vibration data of an elevator can be analyzed and compared, and on the other hand, the data can be transmitted to the relevant local platform that requires it.
