A ferroalloy factory in Lanzhou, Gansu Province is the backbone enterprise of local ferrosilicon smelting, and has established a long-term cooperative relationship with Xinshida. In order to solve the contradiction of lack of production capacity, the company has upgraded the ferrosilicon electric furnace system, and the improvement of dust removal effect has also been included in the key considerations in line with the goal of one-step and overall improvement.
After some evaluation, the company decided to replace the fan, motor and drive inverter in the dust collector. Based on the outstanding application results of past products, the customer did not hesitate to choose the new Shida inverter to replace the existing brand inverter. The company believes that after more than 10 years of production and after-sales service, the new Shida inverter operates more stably, has a lower fault rate and better service.
The process flow of back-blowing bag dust collector
The whole electric furnace smelting cycle is about 90 minutes, during which the electric melting and oxygen blowing stage accounts for about 60% of the whole process time, and the high-temperature dust flue gas generated at this moment is cooled by the water-cooled dust collector, and then enters the reverse blowing bag dust collector and is discharged into the atmosphere.
Inverter system configuration
In the dust removal system promoted in this project, the reverse blower uses the AS450 series vector low-voltage inverter with an adaptive power of 280kW, and the dust removal fan uses the AS800 series 1250kW high-voltage inverter. Previously, four new AS800 series high-voltage inverters have been successfully used in the manufacturer's previous transformations.

Support the bypass function of the unit, and automatically bypass the operation when a single unit fails, so as to ensure the continuity of the operation of the equipment
Customize the VF curve function to meet the requirements of various wind turbine load starters

It has a variety of power frequency bypass systems, and can complete the industrial frequency switching according to customer process requirements
