Real-time detection and pre-processing during the welding process, online correction of the robot's motion track together with active adjustment of welding process parameters, the beat is 20% higher than the traditional contact finding, line laser finding, and can be compatible with workpieces with a deviation of more than 100mm, ensuring the consistency and high reliability of the completed weld forming and welding quality.
