Automatic tightening
The purpose of automatic tightening of SCR5 collaborative robot screws is to supply the screws placed at will to supply the screws to the tightening module in an orderly manner through the screw automatic feeder, and the end of the robot is equipped with a tightening module, and the screws can be tightened at the specified position through the electric CNC screwdriver in the tightening module.
At the same time, it is equipped with a screw automatic feeder, the feeder controls the nail speed and the feeder shortage reminder through the control unit, the tightening module detects the screw in place status through the screw in place sensor, the electric CNC screwdriver confirms the screw tightening through depth sensor detection and torque monitoring feedback, and the robot can carry the tightening module to achieve multi-position fast tightening work. This application demonstrates the ultra-high repeatability of the multi-collaborative robot (±0.02 mm).
In the actual production scenario, tightening is a very monotonous and boring work, and there are still factories that use workers to tighten screws with tightening guns in hand, and the use of collaborative robots can liberate workers to engage in more challenging work.

3D visual sorting
In many cases, we need robots to be able to identify, analyze, process and other more advanced functions, the vision system is equivalent to the robot equipped with "eyes", the mainstream vision system includes 2D vision and 3D vision, 2D vision price is more advantageous, but it has certain limitations compared with 3D vision, for example, it can not measure features such as object flatness, surface angle, part of the volume, or distinguish objects of the same color; On the other hand, changes in illumination can also lead to measurement errors.
The 3D visual sorting of the collaborative robot is to three-dimensional the flat object through the 3D camera equipped with the robot, and then accurately measure the volume and center position of the object through the machine vision algorithm to guide the robot to grasp accurately.
In practical applications, robots equipped with 3D vision systems can accurately identify the size, color, distance, etc. of the grabbed materials, and sort the messy materials according to the preset rules.
At present, the application is mainly used for loading and unloading, sorting, palletizing and other links, with a sorting pass rate of more than 99%, and in the field of e-commerce/logistics, it can realize the unmanned operation of goods picking and placing and saving labor costs.
Service applications
The introduction of robots in the service industry is a very eye-catching thing, and in the exhibition, the multi-cobot will always attract many onlookers, whether it is making coffee or pouring beer.
According to our calculations, the ROI of a multi-collaborative robot is generally not more than 1 year, and its service life is 35,000 hours, calculated according to 12 hours a day, that is, it can work for nearly 8 years, and after 7 years of recovering the cost, it is equivalent to working for free; At the same time, the energy consumption of the collaborative robot is low, the energy consumption of SCR5 is only 400W, and the daily electricity cost is basically negligible.
According to the different characteristics of the objects to be grasped, the collaborative robot can be selectively equipped with electric grippers, air grippers, vacuum suction cups, silicone flexible grippers, etc. The flexible grippers we use in pour beer applications can grip mugs and bottles of different sizes and sizes without having to change grippers.
