Introduction: The Fisher/Fisher V500 Eccentric Plug Valve combines the robustness of a ball valve with the high efficiency of a rotary valve. It is designed to control corrosive, coking, and other difficult liquids, providing throttling or on/off operation.

The self-centering seat ring and sturdy spool provide tight shut-off for both forward and reverse flow.
The one-piece body flange can be matched with many different types of pipe flanges to meet a variety of pipe requirements.

Selected trim materials and body coatings help withstand oil sands, supply furnaces, and other highly corrosive applications.
The rugged metal or VTC seat ring and spool tightly cut off the fluid without deformation of the spool strut and the need for a thinner seal.
There is no need for special positioning, precise clamping or separate alignment of the spool and seat ring before tightening the compression ring, which improves the accuracy of alignment and the ease of assembly.
