Zero drift refers to the phenomenon that when the input signal of the expansion circuit is zero, the static working point changes due to the influence of temperature changes, unstable power supply voltage and other factors, and is gradually expanded and transmitted, resulting in the voltage at the output end of the circuit that violates the original fixed value and drifts up and down. What are the dangers of zero drift? If the drift is severe, the effective signal will be engulfed and the expansion circuit will not work properly. Therefore, we must find out the cause of the zero drift and prevent it from happening again. So what are the causes of sensor zero drift?
1. There are bubbles or impurities in the adhesive layer of the strain gauge;
