The GLS621, a new member of the Sick AGV/AGC navigation sensor family

As a special sensor for the two-dimensional code positioning and navigation market, GLS621 is mainly used in warehousing AGVs or warehouse handling robots based on the principle of inertial two-dimensional code navigation, and assists AGVs to complete positioning by reading the ID number of the two-dimensional code label attached to the ground or shelf and the position and angle of the label in the AGV coordinate system.

  The automatic zoom lens can adapt to the ground clearance of AGVs of different sizes, and can also read up the QR codes on the shelves of different specifications;

  High-speed decoding algorithm, compatible with the ultimate driving speed of 4.5m/s;

  Compact structure, suitable for installation in small AGVs;

  Built-in dual-axis inclination sensor, easy to install and debug;

  Compatible with 4x4 Datamatrix code, Datamatrix single code, QR single code, provide free label generator, users can print and make labels by themselves, or use standard labels provided by SICK;

  Support a variety of fieldbus communication protocols, easy to integrate and use;

  Sensors can be pre-configured as required for plug-and-play;

  MicroSD card for parameter backup, reducing spare parts replacement downtime.

  GLS621 can read 4x4 Datamatrix code, Datamatrix single code, QR single code, Sick can provide standard 4X4 QR code labels and free label generator software, customers can choose flexibly.
