01. Product characteristics
• Contour point upgrade: up to 3200 Data points/Profile
• Ultra-high scanning speed: SICK CMOS sensors with ROCC technology can achieve sampling speeds of up to 46 KHz
• Multiple scanning: 3D images, luminance images, and scatter images can be obtained simultaneously in one device
• Double Exposure: Improves image quality in high-contrast scenes, while allowing for both very dark and highly reflective situations
• SurfaceReflect: A patent-pending new technology. It provides an extra dimension to the image, so even very small scratches on smooth surfaces can be seen. The technology can also be used to measure the gloss of surfaces, for example to detect color or coating defects
The Ruler3000 is based on the SICK CMOS sensor (ROCC) ultra-high-speed scanning technology (ROCC), which enables users to obtain ultra-high-performance 3D images.
ROCC technology supports the Ruler3000 camera to achieve:
• Up to 4096 data points per contour
• Throughput up to 120 Gigabit/sec
• Scan frame rates as fast as 46KHz (AOI)
02. High-quality data can still be obtained in complex applications
• Dual-exposure further improves image quality in high-contrast scenes, even in very dark and highly reflective surfaces.
• SurfaceReflect is a patent-pending new technology. It provides an extra dimension to the image, so even very small scratches on smooth surfaces can be seen. The technology can also be used to measure the gloss of surfaces, for example to detect color or coating defects.
• Stream Setup provides easy-to-use tools for image noise reduction and debugging data.

Sick Sensors – Definition and Types of Color Sensors
1. The color sensor, also known as the color sensor, is a machine that compares the color of the object with the reference color that has been taught earlier to detect the color.
The standard color measurement method is to use a spectrophotometric colorimeter to measure the tristimulus value of the sample, so as to obtain the color of the sample.

Sick sensors – the three major functions of photoelectric sensors
First, the transmission effect
Through the photoelectric sensor, it can be very good to complete the transfer between the media, which is a very popular way of action in many industrial fields and enterprises, because some energy can not be transmitted manually and can only be reached by machines.

How to maintain the Sick sensor
1. It is necessary to prevent the sensor from contacting corrosive gases, so as not to cause corrosion and affect the measurement results.
2. If the measurement is a high-temperature medium, the SICK sensor should see whether the temperature is within the suitable temperature range of the sensor.

Sick sensor - the classification and principle of distance sensors
Principle of ultrasonic distance sensor:
Ultrasonic waves have a great ability to penetrate liquids and solids, especially in solids that are opaque to sunlight, and it can penetrate to a depth of tens of meters. Ultrasonic waves will produce significant reflections when they encounter impurities or interfaces, forming reflections into echoes, which can produce ...

Sick sensors – how to work and how to use color mark sensors
How the color mark sensor works
The color mark sensor is actually a reverse installation, the light source is perpendicular to the target object device, and the bearer is biased towards the device at an acute angle to the object, so that it only detects the scattered light from the target object, and then prevents the sensor from directly bearing the reflected light, and can make ...
