1. Prepare for replacement. For example, construction personnel should wear labor protection equipment, such as insulating gloves.

2. Determine the type of fault. Check the distribution box with a test pen first, and after making sure that there is no leakage, open the door of the distribution box. Then use the electric tester to detect the three-phase power supply, if the three phases are electric, you need to detect the wiring screw of the fuse base, such as one end of the electricity, the other end of the electricity, indicating that the fuse has been burned.

3. Start replacing the fuse. First, power off the distribution box, and rotate the screw fuse cover to remove it in the counterclockwise direction, check the fuse core, and the fuse wire has been burned out. Then check whether the copper card in the fuse holder and the gland has any signs of burning, if so, dispose of the black carbon inside, and then replace the fuse with a new one.

4. Detect the fuse. After the fuse is replaced, use the electric tester pen to test the wiring power supply at both ends of the fuse holder, if there is electricity at both ends, it means that it has been replaced.

5. Use test. Close the door of the distribution box, release the brake, press the start button to start pumping, if the motor rotates, it means that the fuse is replaced successfully.
