1 Feature Overview
There are two kinds of data saved by MCGS TPC, one is the internal variable data in the MCGS software, and the other is the data obtained from the lower computer device.
2 Functional Points
[1] Function implementation:! SaveSingleDataInit( ) and ! FlushDataInitValueToDisk( )。
[2] Function description: ! SaveSingleDataInit( ) takes the value of the current single variable as the initial value for the next power-up. FlushDataInitValueToDisk( ) writes the initial value of the variable to Flash for a refresh.
[3] Multiple variables: Use multiple! SaveSingleDataInit( ) function. Use only one after ***! FlushDataInitValueToDisk( )。
[4] Example: ! SaveSingleDataInit(A ) ! SaveSingleDataInit( B) ! FlushDataInitValueToDisk( )。
3 Explanation of engineering examples
3.1 Create a project
Create a new project, save as: "Data power down and save. MCE”。
3.2 Make the project screen
Build the picture
A new window is added, and the name of the window is "Save Data after Power-off".
Edit the screen
Double-click to open the icon of the "Save Data Power-off" window to enter the animation configuration window and start editing the screen.
[1] Add a title: Click the (Tag) button to add a tag, enter the corresponding title content, and set the border, font, and background.
[2] Add 2 input boxes to the screen.
3.3 Data Associations
[1] Internal variable: data 1, associated with a numeric variable: a.
[2] Device acquisition: add a driver to the device window, take the Siemens 200PLC PPI driver as an example, add a V-zone channel 100, and the associated variables: device 0_read/write VWUB100; Data 2 is associated with a numeric variable: device 0_read/write VWUB100_temp.
3.4 Script editing
[1] Right-click on the input box corresponding to data 1, click on the event to enter the event configuration window, select the change item, enter the event parameter connection configuration in on the right, click on the event connection script to enter the script editing window, and enter the following functions in the window: ! SaveSingleDataInit(a) ! FlushDataInitValueToDisk( ) and click Confirm.
[2] The input box corresponding to data 2, the steps are the same as [1], and the associated variable is device 0_read/write VWUB100_temp, as follows: ! SaveSingleDataInit(device 0_read/write VWUB100_temp)! FlushDataInitValueToDisk( ) adds a policy line with a script to the startup policy, and writes the script as follows:
Device 0_read/write VWUB100 = Device 0_read/write VWUB100_temp.
