Low-power Z024 series inverter, our common problems include OC, ERR, no appearance, etc. There are two possible causes of OC.

(1) Aging of the drive circuit

Because the use of a long period of time will inevitably lead to the aging of components, which will cause the distortion of the driving waveform, and the output voltage will be unstable, so the OC alarm often appears as soon as it is running.

(2) Damage to the IPM module can also cause an oc alarm

The power module used in the Z024 series of machines not only contains detection circuits such as too weak and undervoltage, but also includes amplification drive circuits, so whether it is damage to the control circuit, damage to the drive circuit or damage to the high-power transistor, it may cause a 0C alarm.

(3) Most of the reasons for the lack of obvious problems are caused by the damage of the thick film of the switching power supply.

(4) An ERR fault is an undervoltage fault, usually caused by a problem with the resistor or wiring of the voltage detection loop, rather than a real undervoltage in the input voltage. Most of the 0C problems of the A200 series are caused by the damage of the driving circuit, and its driving circuit adopts a thick film circuit with ceramic packaging, which brings certain difficulties to maintenance, and its thick film circuit is mainly based on a circuit that drives the optocoupler and plans.

(5) In addition, we will also encounter some LV problems, and most of the undervoltage problems are due to the problems of the bus detection circuit, and Mitsubishi inverter has also planned a thick film circuit for detecting voltage and current. The damage of the pulse transformer of the switching power supply is also a common problem of the A200 series inverter, because of the short circuit of the output load of the switching power supply, or the sudden change of bus voltage, resulting in the damage of the primary and secondary windings of the pulse transformer.
