In this case, you should first check whether the pressure interface is leaking or blocked, if you confess not, check the wiring method and check the power supply, if the power supply is normal, then briefly pressurize to see if the output is changed, or investigate whether the sensor zero has an output, if there is no change, the sensor has been damaged, it may be surface damage or other links of the whole system;

2. The problem of the sealing ring of the pressure sensor

If the output of the pressurized transmitter is not changed, and the output of the pressurized transmitter is suddenly changed, and the zero position of the pressure relief transmitter cannot be returned, it is likely that the problem of the pressure sensor sealing ring. It is common that due to the specification of the sealing ring, the sealing ring is compressed into the pressure port of the sensor after the sensor is tightened, and the pressure medium cannot enter when pressurized, but when the pressure is high, the sealing ring is suddenly opened, and the pressure sensor is changed by pressure. The way to clean up this shortcoming is to remove the sensor, directly investigate whether the zero position is normal, and if the zero position is normal, you can replace the sealing ring and try again;

3. The output signal of the transmitter is unstable

This disadvantage is a matter of stressors. The pressure source itself is an unstable pressure, which is likely to be due to the weak anti-interference ability of the surface or pressure sensor, the strong oscillation of the sensor itself and the shortcomings of the sensor;

4. There is a big error between the transmitter and the pointer pressure gauge

It is normal to present errors, and it is sufficient to confess the normal scale of errors; The latter disadvantage is the effect of the orientation of the differential pressure transmitter device on the zero output. Due to the small measurement scale of the microdifferential pressure transmitter, the sensing element in the transmitter will affect the output of the microdifferential pressure transmitter. When the device is installed, the pressure active part of the transmitter should be axial perpendicular to the direction of gravity, and the zero position of the transmitter should be adjusted to the standard value after the device is fixed.
