On the production line, in the semi-circular space centered on the Han's Robot Elfin series collaborative robots, the material frame to be inspected, the air tightness testing equipment, the vision camera and the material frame to complete the inspection are placed clockwise, and the end tool equipped with the Elfin uses a suction cup to uncover the plastic cover of the material frame, automatically takes out the two automotive waterproof connectors, and puts them into the air tightness testing equipment in turn for testing, and then conducts defect detection through the vision equipment after completing the inspection, and completes the inspection if there is no abnormality (otherwise, the finished product is placed in the unqualified area) , enter the link of laser marking (QR code marking) and receiving and warehousing.
