Step 4
The robot will carry out OK/NG detection of the clinker taken from the machine tool, and put the clinker into the finished product bin according to the detection results, and one process is completed. There is a material testing mechanism inside the silo, and the on-site workers only need to wait for the lack of materials in the silo and the full material in the finished product bin to pick and unload the material, without direct contact with the stamping machine, so as to ensure the safety of personnel to the greatest extent.
