Project Background

Since the establishment of Han's Robotics Research Institute in 2014, as a technology-based enterprise that has always been committed to promoting the implementation of collaborative robots in a wider range of scenarios, Han's Robotics has always maintained a good relationship with major universities and research institutes.

With the launch of the Ministry of Education's industry-university cooperation and collaborative education project in 2022, Han's Robotics plans to work closely with universities in the fields of "intelligent manufacturing", "life and health" and "artificial intelligence" to support the reform of talent training in colleges and universities through "new engineering construction", "teaching content and curriculum system reform", "teacher training", and "construction of practice conditions and practice bases".

Project content and requirements

01 New engineering construction project

Three projects are proposed. Enterprises will provide funds and resources to support colleges and universities to carry out new engineering research and practice, help colleges and universities cultivate interdisciplinary integrated research and application talents, promote the construction and reform of new majors, and serve the construction of new majors and the upgrading of traditional engineering majors.

Filing requirements

1. The applicant institutions have a forward-looking awareness of the integration of industry and education, teaching innovation.

2. For in-service teachers in colleges and universities, either individually or in teams, a project leader must be appointed.

3. Priority will be given to colleges and universities with robotics professional background and teaching experience.

Construction requirements

1. The experimental subjects of the study must have real applications.

2. Implement the teaching mode of combining double-teacher teaching with students' professional quality cultivation teaching, carry out in-depth diversified exploration and practice, and form generalizable achievements in the construction and reform of new engineering.

02Teaching content and curriculum system reform project

Two projects are proposed. Develop the theoretical teaching and practical teaching curriculum system and educational resources of intelligent robots, innovate and reform teaching methods in the field of intelligent robots, and share the experience and achievements of teaching reform.

Filing requirements

1. For in-service teachers in colleges and universities.

2. Individuals or teams can be appointed with a project leader.

3. Demonstration curriculum construction project. The results must include two parts: course content and typical teaching cases, forming a complete project construction content. The declared course should be based on the existing course and the course must have been offered for at least 2 years. We will not accept the application of courses that have not been taught before; The number of hours of the declared course should not be less than 32 hours, and the average number of courses should be no less than once per year. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to the application of courses with large benefits.

4. Educational reform projects. Previous experience in curriculum construction and teaching has been accumulated for at least 3 years. Please select a specific course direction and focus on a certain course, course group or major to form a teaching reform plan with reference and practical value. Please be specific that the programme will be open and shareable. Similarly, the education reform plan needs to contain complete development materials, not just the publication of education reform papers.

Construction requirements

1. The course outline of course construction should include specific course time allocation, chapters, experiments, and exercise descriptions.

2. Teacher's teaching plan: PPT courseware is provided for each chapter. Provide course-related bibliographies, paper references, online resources, etc.

3. Typical Teaching Cases: Develop no less than 2 typical teaching cases around the teaching content of the course.

4. Exercises: According to the teaching content and progress, each chapter is designed with exercises that match the chapter, and reference answers are given.

5. Course experiments: experiment description and experimental procedures.

6. All digital resources, including documents in .doc or .ppt form.

7. The education reform plan or implementation report can be presented in the form of a paper.

8. Please clearly indicate that it can be made public and shared.

Shenzhen Han's Robotics Co., Ltd. does not own any intellectual property rights for the course results developed. All curriculum resources supported by the project are required to be shared and updated on the school's own website, which can be used by all other schools for free, facilitating the sharing of teaching and learning resources.

03Teacher training program

Nine projects are proposed. Focusing on the direction of co-robot ontology operation, application programming, integrated application and secondary development, it provides teachers with experimental platforms, theoretical research objects, and teaching and training objects. During the construction period of the project, not only teachers need to be trained, but also need to lead students to complete certain project design and implementation, so as to improve teachers' teaching level and practical ability.

Filing requirements

1. The applicant institution should actively support the innovation and practice of teacher teaching, and must designate at least one instructor to connect with the enterprise.

2. For in-service teachers in colleges and universities.

Construction requirements

1. Teacher training courses and training programs need to be developed around the cutting-edge technology and teacher teaching courses of the current robot industry.

2. Carry out no less than one session of teacher training or seminar activities during the project period.

Practice conditions and practice base construction projects

One project is proposed. Based on the application of intelligent robots in the field of health, we will cooperate with colleges and universities to build a robot laboratory, and schools and enterprises will work together to promote the construction of practical conditions and practice bases in the professional field of robotics.

Filing requirements

1. The applicant institution must assign at least one teacher to connect with the enterprise for related work.

2. The declaring institution attaches great importance to the construction of the experimental environment and must provide a laboratory site.

Note: Each teacher is requested to apply for one of the above items, and multiple entries are discouraged. For teachers who have received similar funding in the previous 3 years, the application of relevant projects will no longer be accepted, but other types of projects that have not received funding are welcome.

Construction requirements

1. Complete the construction of at least one practice base or the optimization of practice conditions during the project period.

2. Use the established intelligent robot practice base to carry out relevant teaching and scientific research work.

Support Approach

It is planned to support 3 new engineering construction projects, 2 teaching content and curriculum system reform projects, 9 teacher training projects, and 1 practice conditions and practice base construction project. The construction period is one year from the date of project approval.

01Financial support

Shenzhen Han's Robot Co., Ltd. plans to fund the selected new engineering projects of no less than 50,000 yuan, the selected teaching content and curriculum system reform projects of not less than 50,000 yuan, the selected teacher training projects of not less than 30,000 yuan, and the selected practical conditions and practice base construction projects of not less than 200,000 yuan of software and hardware support.

02Technical support

Shenzhen Han's Robot Co., Ltd. will provide the necessary software and hardware equipment resources for the project, and will set up a special person to conduct project docking to ensure that the teachers and students applying for the project receive timely communication, solve the problems and difficulties encountered in the project, and promote the smooth progress of the construction project. At the end of the project, the project review and project summary will be carried out to consolidate the construction results.
