In detail, Han's new generation of intelligent robots adopts modular planning, and each axis has completed the integration of multiple sensors such as vision, touch, and force, which can be summarized as hundreds of sensors installed in one robot. Users can teach the robot code, dragging, gestures, voice and other types of teaching methods.
The intelligent robot also has excellent performance in hardware functional indicators such as accuracy, speed, arm span, load, and degrees of freedom, such as repeated positioning accuracy up to ±0.01mm, end speed of 3.5m/s, end compatible with a variety of end actuators and even pneumatic fixtures, which can meet most of the communication methods on the market.
Together, the robot as a whole adopts a dual redundancy architecture, including sensors, encoders, gas circuits, etc., and is equipped with electronic skin and independent safety controllers to further ensure the safety of the robot.
Wang Guangneng pointed out that Han's new generation of intelligent robots will be built into an open general-purpose platform, which not only has the potential for robust software secondary development, but also has the potential for hardware expansion, allowing users with different development and programming skills to complete all kinds of secondary development. "Third-party strategic collaboration partners can develop their own intelligent robot applications through Han's SDK, and access all sensors and joint underlying data through open interface applications, and have now established strategic collaboration partnerships with a number of universities, research institutes, medical enterprises, and professional enterprises in the robotics profession."
