A: Han's Robot is a national high-tech enterprise and a national specialized and special new little giant enterprise incubated on the basis of the R&D team of more than 100 people in Han's Robot Research Institute. Founded in September 2017, the company has production and R&D bases in Foshan and Shenzhen, and subsidiaries and offices in Tianjin, Wuxi, Chengdu and Stuttgart, Germany. The company is committed to the research and development, promotion and application of intelligent collaborative robots in the fields of industry, medical care, logistics, education, and services, and has become a global innovator in the era of intelligent robots.
02 Q: What highlight products, solutions and technologies do your company bring to the South China Electronic Production Equipment Exhibition, a member exhibition of the Hi-Tech Fair-Intelligent Manufacturing, Advanced Electronics and Laser Technology Expo? What new developments will it bring to industry applications? How will your company's own competitiveness change?
A: Han's Robotics mainly used the platform of the South China Electronic Production Equipment Exhibition in Munich to show some of our applications in the field of 3C. At the same time, it also includes some new industries, such as the new retail industry, we apply the collaborative robot Elfin to coffee making, so that a fully automatic coffee making and selling coffee robot was born.
In addition, Han's Robot can also be combined with laser equipment for laser marking, and laser marking is also widely used in the entire 3C field.
Han's Robotics has the advantage of high protection products, and is one of the few manipulator manufacturers in the industry that can achieve IP66 protection level for mass production. The manipulator as a whole adopts a reliable and high-sealing structure design, realizes IP66 protection level, is not afraid of water shower, and rejects all kinds of dust invasion. It is suitable for scenarios with a lot of dust and obvious liquid splashes, such as: cutting, grinding and other machining links in automobile, 3C, construction, chemical and other industries. The device is simulating the scene of CNC loading and unloading in a humid environment, which means that Han's robot can continue to work normally in some humid or dusty environments.
At the same time, together with our partner Mechmind, we launched an application for 3D visual disordered grasping. It mainly uses the camera to determine and obtain the status of the parts, so as to carry out the neat discharge and grasping classification of the parts.
In addition, we have also launched a laser welding workstation in cooperation with our sister company, Han's Intelligent Equipment. This set of laser welding workstations, whether welding equipment, collaborative robots or refrigeration machines, is all developed by large family companies, and it is also widely used in the field of 3C.
