"Repetitive, mechanical, and boring work makes us have no time to take care of our families and have a real life, and there are more and more collaborative robot manufacturers to solve this situation, but the problem is still not solved. The reason for this is that the robots we produce are only half-finished products and lack the all-important perception capabilities. Wang Guangneng, general manager of Han's Robot, said.

"A truly intelligent cobot should be able to perceive the world, interact with the environment, and be able to be used by everyone at any time." Therefore, the ultimate goal of Han's Robot is to develop a "ready-made" intelligent robot that can really work without secondary development, so that the robot is like a mobile phone as a consumer electronic product, and users only need to purchase according to their needs and costs to use it directly.

According to the official information of Han's Robot, Han's Robot is incubated by the listed company Han's Laser, which is located in the Han's Laser Global Intelligent Manufacturing Center in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, and has subsidiaries in Germany and Tianjin. The team brings together world-class experts in robotics and artificial intelligence from China, Germany, United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Singapore, Russia, India and other world-class experts in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence. In June 2021, Han's Robotics completed a B1 round of financing of 395 million yuan.

Independent R&D promotes technology iteration

Based on more than 10 years of industrial experience, Han's Robotics has mastered the core and key technologies of intelligent robots, including servo systems, direct drive motors, grating encoders, torque sensors, electromagnetic brakes, high-speed inverters and robot controllers. At the same time, Han's Robot's innovatively designed robotic arm double-joint module optimizes singularities to achieve more flexible performance and higher integration.

In addition, Han's Robotics has independently developed the Neuron.OS robot operating system and provided partners with an open and universal platform to access all sensors and joint underlying data through open interface applications to develop their own intelligent robot applications.

Based on the core and key technologies of various intelligent robots, Han's Robotics has independently developed six-degree-of-freedom collaborative robots and seven-degree-of-freedom intelligent collaborative robots.

Among them, the Elfin series of collaborative robots are cost-effective, with a load range of 4kg, 5kg, 6kg, 10kg and 12kg, which have been widely used in industrial fields such as assembly, picking, welding, grinding, painting, dispensing, machine tool loading and unloading, as well as non-industrial fields such as medical treatment and retail, and have been successfully exported to more than 50 countries and regions including Europe, America, Japan and South Korea.

On this basis, Han's Robotics launched an upgraded version of the Elfin-P series of collaborative robots at the end of 2020. Elfin-P has a higher IP66 rating and an updated positioning algorithm with a repeatability of ±0.02mm, further improving the level of lightweight design and industrial performance.

In March 2021, Han's Robotics released MAiRA, a multi-perception intelligent robot assistant. As a seven-degree-of-freedom collaborative robot with high flexibility, MAiRA can have a maximum payload of 18kg, a maximum arm span of 1.6 meters (non-simultaneous satisfaction), and an end speed of up to 4.5 m/s. The repeatability of positioning can reach ±0.01mm at an arm span of 1.4 meters, which is comparable to the highest level of traditional industrial robots.

In addition, MAiRA is highly integrated with a variety of the latest intelligent sensors, so that it has 3D visual sensing, voice-activated interactive collaboration, high-sensitivity safety detection and other high-end machine performance, can learn from user instructions independently, simplify the interaction between humans and robots, and give higher safety guarantees in the process of human-machine collaboration, broaden the application boundaries of collaborative robots, radiation is more difficult and more complex scenarios, such as medical, aerospace, etc.

At present, the application scenarios of Han's Robot cover material handling, visual inspection, screw locking, palletizing and destacking, grinding, gluing, training, diagnosis and treatment, etc., and are widely used in many industries such as 3C, machining, semiconductor, automobile, sanitary ware, new consumption, medical care, education, etc., and are favored by world-class leading enterprises.

Among them, Han's Robot has built a flexible, efficient, safe and reliable production line for customers in the sanitary ware industry, and the collaborative robot can realize visual grasping of surface covers, assembly of showers, grinding gates, hot plate welding loading and unloading, etc.

Taking the pick-and-un process as an example, the customer can directly deploy Han's cobots on the original production line without changing the layout of the production line, and can operate flexibly in narrow spaces. In the sanitary ware factory that has been put into production, two Han's collaborative robots cooperate with the assembly shower, which has a fast production cycle and a low assembly defect rate, and can also meet the repetitive technical requirements of multi-angle and high-precision robots in the assembly of small parts.

In addition, Han's Robot works closely with vision equipment to make one-click punctuation with vision in the gripping process of face cover, which is fast and convenient and reduces debugging time. So as to effectively reduce human intervention in the production rhythm and increase production efficiency; Through the application of Han's collaborative robot grinding gate, the standardization of product quality and size is ensured, and the safety performance is high, which can work together with manual labor, liberating workers from the harsh grinding environment.

In the field of automobiles and auto parts, Han's Elfin cobots have been plug-and-play in Volkswagen's automated parts production workshop, effectively improving the production efficiency and production capacity of auto parts, seats, and loading and unloading. Han's Robot can also carry out gluing of automobile lights, and carry out one-to-two structural integration through collaborative robots, and one cold glue equipment will supply glue to two collaborative robots to carry out double-station free gluing, improve the efficiency and quality of gluing, avoid the impact of gluing on human health, and greatly reduce labor and equipment costs.

In the field of 3C electronics, in order to improve the flexibility of the production line, a mainstream mobile phone screen manufacturer replaced manual and servo motors for product pick-and-release through Han's six-axis collaborative robots, so as to realize that one robot can load and unload four laser cutting machines, saving equipment costs, compared with servo motors, robots have the advantages of safer, higher degrees of freedom, and simpler operation, which greatly improves the flexibility of the production line.

In order to cope with industrial scenarios such as reverse design, batch inspection and quality control of plastic parts, impeller blades, castings, etc., Han's Robot has built an efficient and standardized automatic 3D scanning and inspection system by combining a robotic arm with a high-precision 3D scanner and EINSENSE Q 3D digital inspection software.

Han's cobot has also launched an intelligent unmanned archive solution, which is based on the original six-axis robotic arm and integrated with AGV trolleys, vision cameras, grippers, slides and other equipment. Equipped with a vision camera, Han's Robot will be able to accurately identify with the RFID tags on the file boxes, greatly improving the efficiency of file pick-up and arrangement.
