From December 16th to 17th, 2021, the "2021 China Mobile Robot (AGV/AMR) Industry Development Annual Conference" hosted by the China Mobile Robot (AGV/AMR) Industry Alliance was held in Beijing. The new mobile robot product MAV (Multi-sensing Autonomous Vehicle), jointly developed by Han's Robotics China team and Neura Robotics team of Germany subsidiary, was officially unveiled on the afternoon of December 17 and held its first press conference in China.
As a blockbuster new product of Han's Robot, compared with traditional mobile robots, MAV has multiple perceptions such as vision, hearing, and touch, further breaking through the boundaries between humans and machines, and making the connection between humans and machines closer. In automobiles and other heavy-duty areas, MAVs will shine.
In addition, MAV will also combine with Han's Robot's self-developed collaborative robots in the form of composite robots, aiming to serve Industry 4.0 more broadly.
Specifically, MAV is guided by Han's Robot's "POSS" concept of higher performance, more Open, more Smart, and more Safe, and embodies the wisdom and technology of Han's Robot's top teams in China and Germany, and has achieved all-round breakthroughs in intelligent operation, battery life, weight load, safety and obstacle avoidance.
1. The perfect blend of lightweight body and heavy load: The MAV combines cutting-edge technology and practical minimalism, with a body thickness as low as 29.3cm, and a lower chassis that effectively saves factory space. In comparison, the payload reached an astonishing 1200kg, scoring full marks in both "appearance" and "strength".
2. Long-lasting battery life improves productivity: The MAV has a built-in 125AH large-capacity battery twice that of similar products, which not only makes the battery life reach the top level of the industry for 24 hours, but also brings additional surprises: it can be fully charged in 2 hours, bringing a worry-free working experience to factory production.
