1. Problem phenomenon: servo error OL, servo motor can not start, and there is abnormal sound problem analysis and possible causes:

(1) Bearing damage, foreign objects falling and stuck, stator magnet bursting and falling or moving tissue jamming caused by the motor itself.

(2) Caused by external reasons of the motor: phase loss work, starting equipment problems, and severe overload of the motor.

2. Problem phenomenon: After the servo motor is started, the abnormal working sound is analyzed and the possible causes are:

(1) The road touches the grounding assembly

(2) Caused by the mechanical structure of the motor: casing cracking, too loose fit between the shaft and the bearing, friction between the rotor and the stator, loose stator core, damage to the bearing or exhaustion of lubricating oil.

3. Problem phenomenon: After the servo motor is started, the speed is fast and it cannot be parked.

Analysis of the problem and possible causes:

(1) Some of the reasons attributed to the rotor are: poor rotor magnetic field, rotor and magnet offset.

(2) Some of the reasons attributed to the encoder are: the encoder program is lost, the logic chip is damaged, and the zero position is wrong.
