Points to note in the selection of proximity switches

                                 Selection criteria for proximity switches

1. The working voltage of the proximity switch output is selected, generally DC type DC24V or AC AC250V optional;

2. Proximity switch output method selection, generally NPN-normally open, NPN-normally closed, PNP-normally open, PNP-normally closed, 2-wire normally open, 2-wire normally closed, DC 3-wire, DC 4-wire optional;

3. The induction interval of the proximity switch is selected, generally speaking, the detection interval of the proximity switch is relatively short, and the common one is 1-50mm. The longer the detection interval, the larger the detection surface and the higher the price.

4. The proximity switch connection method is selected, and there are outlet type, connector type, and pig tail type;

5. The cable length of the proximity switch is selected, and the length of the connecting cable is 2 meters as standard. If you need a longer connection cable, you should explain it to the manufacturer before ordering, but you can't add an extension cable after the proximity switch, which will simply lead to the unstable output signal of the approaching switch.

6. Select the type of proximity switch according to the detected object. If the detection object is a metal *** inductive proximity switch, if the detection object is a non-metal such as wood, plastic, paper, water, etc. or a smaller and finer metal, a capacitive proximity switch should be selected.

7. The shape of the proximity switch is selected, which can be determined according to the orientation of the proximity switch installation, and there are generally cylindrical proximity switches, square proximity switches, and annular proximity switches are optional. If you choose a cylindrical shape, you should consider how large the diameter is required, such as the square type, you must also choose the diameter of the detection surface.

8. The orientation of the proximity switch sensing surface is generally available for front-end induction, upper induction, and inner hole induction; This allows users to choose the model they need according to their needs.

Wiring of weighing strain gauge tension and compression sensors – we are in control Wiring of weighing strain gauge tension and compression sensors – we are in control

Strain gauge tension and compression load cells are available in two different input and output wiring methods: The first is the four-wire connection method. The load cell of the four-wire connection method has no special requirements for the secondary instrument panel, and it is very convenient to use, but when the cable is long, it is easy to be shaken by the operating temperature.
