Whether it is a linear displacement sensor or a rope displacement sensor, it often encounters a variety of problems when it is used, including quality problems, application problems, environmental problems, etc., but the use of problems is common, and improper use is easy to damage the sensor.
1. The problem of small power supply capacity of linear displacement sensor
If the power supply capacity is insufficient, the following conditions will be formed: the movement of the melt will change the appearance of the clamping electronic ruler and shake, or the movement of the clamping will shake the appearance of the injection electronic ruler, resulting in a measurement error and becoming larger. This situation is more likely to occur when the driving power supply of the solenoid valve is shared with the power supply of the linear displacement sensor.
2. What are the requirements for the alignment, parallelism and viewpoint of the linear displacement sensor?
The linear displacement sensor of the device requires a high degree of sensor alignment, but the parallelism can tolerate an error of ±0.5mm, and the viewpoint can allow an error of ±12°. However, if the parallelism error and viewpoint error are both large, the number jumps will appear. When this happens, it is necessary to adjust the parallelism and viewpoint.
3. The problem of incorrect wiring of the linear displacement sensor
The three wires of the linear displacement sensor cannot be connected incorrectly, and the power line and output line cannot be replaced. 4. The problem of frequency modulation disturbance and electrostatic disturbance
Both FM and electrostatic disturbance may make the display of the electronic ruler jump digitally. Therefore, the signal line of the electronic ruler and the strong current line of the equipment should be separated from the trunking. It is necessary for the electronic ruler to be grounded mandatorically. The signal wire needs to be shielded, and a section of the electrical box should be grounded with the shielded wire. If there is a high-frequency disturbance, the voltage measurement of the multimeter will usually appear normal, but the displayed number will beat constantly; In the case of electrostatic disturbance, the situation is the same as that of high-frequency disturbance. To prove whether it is static disturbance, you only need to use a length of power cord to connect the cover screw of the electronic ruler with some metal on the machine, as long as it is shortened, the static disturbance will be eliminated immediately. However, if you want to eliminate high-frequency disturbance, it is difficult to use the above method, you can try to pause the source of high-frequency disturbance, and see if the results will be better, so as to determine whether it is a problem of high-frequency disturbance.
5. The data is beating regularly, or there is no problem with the data
