Classification of rotary encoders

There are two main types of encoders, incremental encoders and affirmative encoders. The incremental encoder reads the change in the viewpoint displacement, while the affirmative encoder reads the positive viewpoint of the encoding axis. They are done using three common skills, i.e., optical, mechanical, or magnetic.

                               Classification of rotary encoders

Incremental and positive rotary encoders greatly simplify the positioning of the elevator car. In addition to detecting the speed and direction of rotation, the positive rotary encoder is also capable of storing each individual bearing.

(1) Incremental rotary encoder

The axis rotates to the viewpoint, and the incremental encoder provides a certain number of pulses. Periodic measurements may be used to measure the speed of movement by the number of pulses per unit of time. If the number of pulses behind a reference point is summed up, the calculated value represents the parameters of the rotational viewpoint or stroke. The phase difference between the output pulses of the two-channel encoder is 9σ, which enables the electronic device receiving the pulse to accept the rotation sensing signal of the shaft, so it can be used to complete bidirectional positioning control. In addition, the three-channel incremental rotary encoder generates a pulse called the zero signal per revolution.

(2) Positive value rotary encoder

Positive encoders provide a unique encoded digital value for the orientation of each axis. Especially in positioning control use, affirmative encoders relieve the accounting mission of electronic acceptance devices, thus eliminating clutter and expensive input devices. In addition, when the machine is turned off or the power supply is faulty, the azimuth value at that time can be used without returning to the azimuth reference point.

(3) Solid shaft encoder

It is connected to the drive shaft by a coupling. Flexible couplings are used to mechanically connect two mechanical axes and compensate for the horizontal deviation of the two axes. Other encoders that may be connected to the drive shaft are: belts, pinions, measuring wheels and cable traction.

(4) Sleeve encoder

The encoder, shaft articulation and stator reed are now integrated, and the shaft articulation ensures the correct transmission of torque. In this configuration, the shaft of the encoder is a continuous through-bore hollow shaft or a semi-hollow bushing. The encoder and drive shaft can be easily connected with the encoder's bushing and tension spring connectors.

(5) Semi-empty shaft encoder

The function of the shaft sleeve encoder is almost the same, and the semi-empty shaft encoder conforms to this, and the difference between the half-empty shaft encoder and the shaft sleeve encoder is mainly that the shaft sleeve is a depression blind hole.

Vibratory load cell performance – we are blessed Vibratory load cell performance – we are blessed

Vibrating load cell: When an elastic element is subjected to a force, its natural vibration frequency is proportional to the square root of the force. By measuring the change in the natural frequency, the force of the analyte acting on the elastic element can be calculated, and then its mass can be found. There are two types of vibrating sensors: vibrating wire type and tuning fork type. ...
