For example, the inductive proximity switch used, it has a vibration circuit, although the sewage pump is not directly connected to the vibration circuit, but the disturbance current caused by the opening and closing of the switch will generate the disturbance voltage through electromagnetic coupling. If such an agitation voltage enters the proximity switch, it is very likely that the corresponding natural vibration will occur, and then the disturbance of the proximity switch will be formed, and the phenomenon of malfunction will occur.

The malfunction phenomenon in the question is caused by electromagnetic disturbance and its functional decline, but there are many reasons for electromagnetic disturbance.

The power line close to the switch can be laid separately from the signal line, and a high-frequency filter and transient voltage press diode can be added to the power input terminal. It is the AC power supply that can be connected in parallel with the bidirectional transient voltage press diode, and the DC power supply can be connected in reverse parallel with the unidirectional transient voltage press the diode. The intention of pressing a diode with transient voltage is to press the inrush voltage and current.

The cables selected are of the lowest quality, because the environment in which they are used is not a particular ambition.
