1. At this time, it can be said that the electronic ruler of the linear displacement sensor has been damaged and needs to be replaced.

2. If the capacity of the power supply is very small, it will cause the following situation: the measurement error will become larger. This is more likely to occur if the driving power supply of the solenoid valve is shared with the power supply of the linear displacement sensor.

3. The display data beats regularly, or the data is not displayed. In this case, it is necessary to check whether the insulation of the connecting wire is damaged, and the short circuit to the ground caused by regular contact with the shell of the machine.

Fourth, frequency modulation interference and electrostatic interference may make the display of the electronic ruler of the linear displacement sensor jump digitally. Therefore, the signal line of the electronic ruler and the strong current line of the equipment should be separated from the wire duct.

5. The three wires of the linear displacement sensor cannot be connected incorrectly, and the power line and output line cannot be replaced. If the above line is wrong, there will be a large linearity error, it is difficult to control, the accuracy of the control will become very poor, and the display is easy to jump and so on.

6. The voltage of the power supply must be stable, and the voltage of the industry needs to meet the stability of ±0.1[%].
