2. The thermocouple uses a transmitter (temperature transmitter) on site, converts it into a standard signal of 4-20mA, and then connects it to the indoor safety barrier (if necessary, such as the chemical environment), and then connects to the standard analog card (ordinary AI card) of DCS. Note that the compensation cable needs to be used between the thermocouple and the transmitter, the transmitter needs to set the compensation mode, thermocouple model, calibration range, etc., and the DCS needs to set the range, signal type, etc.
