1. Preliminary preparations
Engineering configuration is operated at the engineer station, and before engineering configuration, it is necessary to have the necessary tools and information, specifically:
Tools: refers to the hardware environment and software environment used in engineering configuration, and usually refers to the configuration of hardware and software of the engineer station.
Data: refers to the basic data of engineering configuration. To put it simply, it is the engineering database (measurement point list), on-site process control scheme, process flow diagram and other related engineering system scale data. ,
2. Establish a target project
Step 1, start all the procedures of the general control of the project"-> "HOLLiAS_MACS"-> "general control" command
Step 2: After the new project starts the project master control, the "Open Project" dialog box is automatically loaded
If you have already created a project, you can select the name of the project you want to edit. Otherwise, click New Project on the master control page, or start the New Project Wizard.
Step 3: Add an operating station
Step 4: Add a Control Station
Station number: Click the add or subtract button next to the station number, or directly enter to modify the station number of the control station, and the station number range of the control station is marked above.
Controller Model: Click the down arrow and select the controller model to be added.
SM220/SM221, support SM series hardware and FM series hardware;
FM820/FM821, only support FM series hardware;
K-CU01/K-CU02 only supports K-series hardware.
Click the "Create Project" button to create a new project according to the configuration information set above.
Step 5: User configuration of the operating station
After confirming the project management information, the "Operation Station User Configuration" window is displayed, take AAAA as the user name, set the engineer permission, set the password to AAAA, and click the "Add" button to add the user to the "Added Users" list.
Step 6: Configure the historical station
As shown in the following figure, the "Historical Station A" and "Historical Station B" are assigned to the corresponding operation stations, and the default corresponding to Operation Station 80 (Node_80) and Operation Station 81 (Node_81) are respectively assigned to the corresponding operation stations.
Step 7: After the project is successfully created, in the configuration software installation directory of the "... HOLLiAS_MACSENGUSER folder with the same name as the project name. The data generated and compiled by this project configuration are stored in this folder.
After the project is created, select the "Compile" command under the "Tools" menu to perform a preliminary compilation of the project, and after the compilation is completed, the "Project Master" window is displayed as shown in the following figure, and the relevant information of the current project is displayed in the window: "Current Project Name", "Project Name", "Domain Number" and "Total Points" information.
