Step 1: If the motor can be completely separated from the load, in the case of a power failure, the motor is mechanically separated from the load, and the motor is allowed to rotate freely without load.

Step 2: After powering on, select the VFD command source (F0-04) as the command channel of the operation panel.

Step 3: Accurately enter the nameplate parameters of the motor (such as F4-01 - F4-06). Please press the motor actualparameters to enter the following parameters (selected according to the current motor):

Step 4: If it is an asynchronous motor, F4-00 (tuning and selection, about motor 2, it should be H1-00 function code). Please select 2 (Dynamic Full Tuning) and press Enter to confirm. At this point, the keyboard displays:

Then press the RUN button on the panel, and the VFD will drive the motor to speed up and decelerate, and run back and forth. The running indicator lights up, indicating that the running duration is about 2 minutes. When the above display information disappears, it will return to the normal parameter display state, indicating that the tuning is complete. After the adjustment, the VFD will actively calculate the following parameters of the motor:

If the motor cannot be completely separated from the load, please select 1 (static tuning) for F4-00 (H1-00 for motor 2), and then press the RUN button on the panel to start the identification of motor parameters.
