The V200U is designed to be flangeless and offers many of the benefits of the V150, V200 and V300 B Series Vee-Ball proven valves, plus a smaller, more compact face-to-face design. The wave-segmented V-groove ball provides smooth, clog-free work and a shear action between the ball and the durable HD metal seal. The unrestricted flow-through flow design enables large and efficient flow of gases, vapors, fluids, and fibrous slurries.

The valve runs smoothly – precision machined components, pressure-balanced seals, and low-friction bearings are designed to ensure precise, smooth movement of the ball core.
Long service life – The durable HD metal seal construction provides a long service life, even in harsh applications. The seal evenly sweeps the sealing surface of the ball, providing excellent performance in highly viscous fiber slurry applications.
Line Centering Geometry – The valve OD is cast or machined, and the valve is aligned and centered in the mating pipe flange bolts to ensure optimal performance.
Trim Versatility – V200U drivetrain components are interchangeable with existing V150, V200 and V300 Series B valves. This feature helps to reduce spare parts inventory and maintenance procedures.
