Just after the beginning of spring, the chill is still cold in the middle of the night. In the rail transit station, intelligent robots began to be dispatched, climbing, crossing obstacles, taking pictures, and were busy. They are the rail transit intelligent inspection robots jointly created by Zhongshu Zhike (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongshu) and Jieka Robot.
The traditional rail transit inspection adopts manual inspection operation, and the light at the bottom of the train is poor, so the inspectors need to use a flashlight to irradiate it to check whether there are defects at the bottom of the train, and manually record the defects. With the acceleration of the construction of China's rail transit network, the number of trains continues to rise, and the maintenance and operation load increases, and the inspection mode has become an inevitable trend from traditional manual inspection to automation, intelligence and scale.
1 Pain points of traditional manual inspection mode
1. Manual inspection with naked eye observation and handwritten records, and item points are easy to be missed;
2. The hidden danger equipment is not found in time;
3. The amount of data recorded by manual inspection is limited, and the risk of data reliability is high;
4. It directly affects the accuracy and detection efficiency of rail transit fault diagnosis;
5. The environment is difficult in winter and summer, the night shift is hard for the operators, and the operation under the vehicle is easy to bump and be injured, and the labor intensity is high.
2 Solution
In response to the pain points of rail transit inspection, Jieka Robot and its partner Zhongshu jointly created a rail transit intelligent inspection robot, integrating Jieka robot, AGV, up-view panoramic 2D camera, high-precision color 3D camera, etc., flexibly shuttling between rail transit strands, and shooting the bottom parts of rail transit at close range, from multiple angles and quickly, to help intelligent maintenance.
Process flow
The user issues the inspection task on the management platform→ and after the rail delivery undercar inspection robot accepts the task, it starts from the charging pile to the corresponding stock road→ locomotive positioning→ image acquisition (the image is uploaded in real time, and the algorithm is detected), and → returns to the charging pile for charging→ and the user reviews the fault on the management platform.
Among them, the Jieka robot is responsible for moving the high-precision color 3D camera to a larger height; By flexibly changing the position of different robotic arms, the image acquisition of items that cannot be collected by the up-view panoramic 2D camera (i.e., area array camera) is carried out, so as to realize the basic coverage of the detection items under the vehicle.
