In the process of LED baking, the temperature of the baking oven is as high as 300 degrees, and the temperature of the wafer is also extremely high, accompanied by dust and large noise, and the safety hazards of artificial code disc are great. Moreover, in the face of such a harsh working environment, few workers are willing to take on this job, and enterprises are also facing the problems of "difficulty in recruiting" and "difficulty in retaining people".
In order to avoid affecting product production, enterprises choose to replace manual labor with small assistant collaborative robots. According to the environment and actual application scenarios, the solution finally finalized the JAKA Zu 12 with higher load and larger working radius.
