The application of robots in medical testing is an important breakthrough for robots in medical applications, and it is also an important entry point for smart medical care and digital medicine. At the beginning of this year, Jieka Robot cooperated with Shanghai Hongtan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to launch a composite robot for medical testing. In order to increase the pressure of medical testing, the real "digital gospel" has been delivered.
The composite robot adopts the form of a chassis equipped with a light collaborative robotic arm, with a lightweight body and flexible chassis, to realize free movement in narrow areas such as laboratories, and cooperate with smart refrigerators, sample processing automation modules, nucleic acid extraction instruments and other equipment to realize the rapid pick-up and transfer of samples, reagents and other materials, and take care of most of the repetitive, error-prone, infectious, highly polluting, and labor-intensive testing work. Dramatically reduce assay risk and improve assay consistency. With the help of this intelligent medical equipment, the fight against the epidemic will become safer and more efficient.
In this project, Jieka provided the most important link in the inspection composite robot - the collaborative robotic arm, which is light and compact, and can quickly adapt to mobile chassis, end fixtures and other equipment. At the same time, this robotic arm has multiple protection functions such as visual monitoring, force control perception, and collision stop, which can replace epidemic prevention personnel to engage in repetitive and high-intensity detection operations, and realize the safe integration of people, robots and the environment. At present, this robot has been mass-produced and entered the final debugging stage, and will be delivered to a hospital in Shanghai for nucleic acid testing in the near future.
Automatic production line of sampling tubes based on collaborative robots
At present, Shanghai has launched multiple rounds of nucleic acid testing for 25 million citizens. Such a wide range of nucleic acid testing is inseparable from professional testing equipment and reagents. As the most important medical consumables for this test, the sampling tube, whether it can be supplied in time will play a vital role in the fight against the epidemic. In view of this, Shanghai Jieka Robot Technology Co., Ltd. gave a sampling tube automatic production line plan based on collaborative robots.
The JAKA C7 cobot used on the production line is at work in the video. It is flexible, intelligent, convenient, and self-learning, and automatically puts the labeled test tubes from the conveyor belt into the foam tray. The JAKA C7 is flexible to avoid the risk of chemical leakage and label damage. 40 test tubes can be grabbed at the same time each time, and a single production line can complete the loading and unloading of 20,000 test tubes per hour, which efficiently replaces manual work, significantly improves production efficiency, and reduces the workload of medical testing personnel. At the same time, the header correction and label detection are automatically completed, which effectively avoids the occurrence of inaccurate label labeling, missing labeling, multi-sticking and other failures.
This production line from labeling, filling, to capping, traying, the whole process in one go, the production efficiency of 20,000 / hour. At present, 6 such production lines have been successfully delivered to customers for the production of sampling tubes for this epidemic. According to statistics, hundreds of thousands of newly produced sampling tubes are delivered to hospitals in Shanghai every day from factories in Shanghai and Zhejiang to ensure sufficient supply of sampling tubes.
Fully automatic garbage collection indoors
In this outbreak, in addition to human-to-human transmission of the virus, large amounts of medical and household waste are also important sources of pollution. Properly and scientifically disposing of garbage and avoiding secondary pollution has always been an urgent and dangerous task. This time, the robot is equipped with an AGV trolley and transforms into a fully automatic garbage recycling vehicle, which realizes automatic garbage recycling through the combination of "hands and feet".
The fully automated garbage collection vehicle is equipped with a JAKA Zu 12 cobot. Through visual recognition technology, the conveyed objects are accurately grasped to achieve efficient garbage disposal. This solution can be used in lockdown areas, quarantine hotels and hospitals, significantly reducing the potential risk of contact with garbage pollution sources, which can be described as the "most beautiful boy" in epidemic prevention and control.
