Customer pain points
The original touch screen gluing artificial production line:
Production efficiency: 100 pieces/hour/person, it takes 36s to paste 1 L-shaped tape;
Labor intensity: due to the high requirements for glue accuracy, manual operation is time-consuming and laborious;
Recruitment difficulty: raw hands are not good, and familiar hands are not easy to recruit.
In the face of the growing market demand, the customer is eager to upgrade the automation, improve the efficiency of touch screen gluing, meet the requirements of accuracy (angle error does not exceed 0.2°, unilateral error does not exceed ±0.2mm) and fast changeover, while reducing costs and obtaining a quick return on investment.
After many investigations, the customer found the card robot and its partner Shenzhen Miyou Intelligent Co., Ltd. to solve the above problems.
02 Solution
Two JAKA Zu 7 cobots integrate vision modules to form the "hand-eye-brain" intelligent workstation of the card-saving robot, which uses two L-shaped double-sided tape to complete the task of fitting and fixing the touch screen and the display screen on all sides, replacing manual work and achieving high-precision and high-efficiency production.
Hand-eye coordination with high-precision intelligent compensation
Because the position of the incoming material is not fixed, in this scheme, the vision system identifies and locates the L-shaped rubber strip and guides the robot to grab; Then the vision system identifies and positions the touch screen, and guides the robot to complete the bonding of the L-shaped adhesive strip with the touch screen. The two truck-saving robots cooperate intelligently to automatically compensate for the error of the incoming material position, optimize the movement trajectory in real time, meet the customer's high-precision requirements for the glue position, and realize completely unmanned and intelligent operation.
0 programming and 10 minutes to quickly change the line
For different sizes of touch screens, the Jieka robot integrates different part number programs to achieve seamless switching from 6-inch to 10.1-inch screens. The highly intelligent "robot brain" brings a very low operating threshold, and ordinary workers only need 10 minutes to complete the line changeover action.
