In this case, the automatic production line of the Jieka robot is mainly used in the tape clamping process section and the lens raw material pouring process section. The lens mold flows in an orderly manner between the card-saving robot, the mold spotting machine, the pouring machine, the conveyor belt and other equipment, from the monolithic mold to the mold clamping adhesive tape, and then to the pouring completion and loading into the basket, every action is accurately executed by the automation equipment, and the transformation and upgrading of the production line has achieved remarkable results.
1. It takes at least 2 months for the customer to train a skilled worker, and the impact of unstable factors such as employee turnover should also be considered. It turns out that on a production line with more than 10 people, workers need to maintain a high degree of concentration at all times and complete complex and delicate processes, which is difficult and boring.
After the JAKA automated production line was launched, each production line was reduced to about 2 people, which greatly reduced labor costs. The base diameter of the 4-section MiniCobo collaborative robot is only 124mm, the weight is only 9.4kg, the lightweight design, small and flexible, the range of motion of the joint can reach up to ±360°, and it is installed in the form of flip and does not occupy the position of the countertop.
