Capacitive sensors have the advantages of simple structure, high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, high resolution, and good dynamic response characteristics, and are widely used in the measurement of pressure, displacement, acceleration, thickness, vibration, liquid level, etc. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the following aspects in the application of the influence on the measurement results:

1. Reduce the change of ambient temperature and humidity (which may cause changes in the dielectric constant of some media or the geometric scale and relative position of the plates);

2. Reduce the edge effect;

3. Reduce parasitic capacitance;

4. Use shielded electrodes and grounding (maintain the electric field of sensitive electrodes and isolate them from the external electric field);

5. Pay attention to the leakage resistance, encouragement frequency and insulation of the plate bracket material.
